Ergonomics - The science of designing equipment, devices, and courses for people at workplace that fit the human body.
Ergonomics - comes from the Greek word “ergon” means work, and “nomoi” means natural laws. Ergonomics is the science of fitting a workplace to the user’s needs,” ergonomics works to reduce the discomfort and increase efficiency and productivity (What is Ergonomics, n.d.).

The process of an ergonomic uses the codes of a safety and health program to reduce Musculoskeletal hazards. Ergonomics takes the human’s height, weight, sight, feel into consideration when designing the equipment, devices that matches human body.
Poor office ergonomics makes you distress which would cause musculoskeletal disorders and lead to long-term infirmity. Proper design prevents strain injuries and other musculoskeletal disorders caused by poor ergonomics (Finch, 2018).
